The cottage can accommodate 3 persons. 2 persons on the upper part, and 1 person on the lower part. The cottage has its private bathroom.

We stayed in the two storey cottage and place is exactly what's on the picture with great common kitchen and numerous bathrooms in the house. It has the perfect view of Apo Island. You can have them arrange an Apo daytour where the boat will pick you up just in front of the house…

Location is quiet and right at the sea. Good for the sounds of waves and beautiful view. The snorkeling is not as good as in other places along the coast but still you can see something. The kitchen is great. The bathroom too. Even from the room you can see the sea and hear waves…

This place is for someone who: - Wants to soul search, disconnect from the world - Maybe someone with a writer's block? and not for those who: - Would like to explore the area as a backpacker or a tourist - Signed up for early morning day trips to Apo Island, Manguyod Sand Bar …

Hi Louise, It's sad to hear the feedback you left the last minute of the review period. Daisy informed us that you were surprised about the location when you got to our place and we wish you reached out to us despite of our absence due to work and emergency matter. It's surprising to hear how dreadful you are of the location when in fact, everything is in our listing. There is even a map, and that is the purpose of the map - to show you where the location is. This appears to be a result of lack of planning prior to your trip and not reading the listing at all. Also, we have so many guests who get to enjoy not only the city but other places around the island, and you may resort to reading previous reviews as a proof. If you communicated, we could have at least informed you that you don't need to leave at 3am for Manjuyod Sandbar. We organize trips from our place and we usually leave at 8am, and it's great. :) Our accommodations are self-catering. Our listing also already advises you to buy the stuff you need in advance as it is not in Dumaguete, but again, failure to read. The beach can also be accessed. We were hosting a group of 10 during your stay and they were at the beach. You just didn't open the gate which we of course close when nobody's going out. As a non-frequent Airbnb traveler, we suggest carefully checking the place you are booking, orientating yourself a little about the place by reading the details in the listing, and reaching out to your host if you have concerns. We advise you to respect the place of your host, that a part of the Airbnb concept. Your future hosts would appreciate that.

Me and my girlfriend really loved the place and will definitely cone back if given a chance. If you plan to check-in at hans' place, it is best that you rent a scooter or a private vehicle since the place is very secluded. But once we got there, the view was breathtaking and love…

I would call myself a vagabond and adventurer who loves the outdoors, fresh local food and good books. I spend most of my time in Dumaguete and the rest of it somewhere where I haven't been yet. Without my backpack I would be lost. I love to meet people from all around the glob…
