The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, one-room cabin has two twin beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Oct.

The space
Pleasant Valley Farm has grown to include two farms on 325 acres of rolling hills, woods, and pasture.

The cabin has a spacious covered porch and a cantilever dock that extends out over the water. The pond is perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. There is a canoe, a SUP board, and tubes for lounging on the water. A stone fire pit with Adirondack chairs is the perfect spot for old-fashioned campfires. This place is private with an awesome view of the valley!

My husband, Gary, and I are Sullivan County natives, and we raised our three children here. We are Airbnb hosts and travelers. We enjoy the outdoors, four seasons, and being near water. As hosts, our farmhouses and cabins have access to ponds and streams and the Delaware River is an added bonus. As travelers, we like to visit seaside towns.

During your stay

We are available via cell phone (call or text), Airbnb message, or email for anything you need. Please note: you may occasionally see a farmer tending the farm. Haying in the summer is common and occasionally moving cows to different pasture lots, planting corn in the spring and harvesting in autumn.
