The space
I offer my private room here while I am travelling to keep my expenses low and to leave it not unused. It is part of a flat which I share with one flatmate. the flat has two private rooms a bathroom and a kitchen which we use to cook and sit together. but during this time she will not be here and we lock the room.

You will have your private room with balcony which is yours only. the corridor, bathroom and kitchen is shared.
Other things to note
If you stay in the room for a few days, I appreciate if you water the plants when they are thirsty

We like to live in the area neukölln. it’s an upcoming area but still real, depending where you stay exactly. where we are located, it’s comfy and more quiet, but still some close nice bars around.
