Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo looking over the Sea of Cortez. This beautifully furnished suite has all you are looking for. The kitchen has granite counter tops. The condo comes with high speed wireless internet, a washer & dryer and AC throughout. You will find lots of space to put all your belongings, our closets are very spacious. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the guest room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has a full bathroom. Very comfortable for sleeping 4 people. The spacious living room is furnished with 2 Luxurious Lazy Boy recliners and a Lazy boy reclining sofa. It also comes with a flat screen TV with media player and cable TV. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all the major kitchen needs, and high end appliances including Fridge with Ice Maker, dishwasher, Cook top and Oven, Microwave and all little appliances including Coffee Maker, Toaster etc. The condo also has a reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from your corner balcony that overlooks the beautiful pool area. Situated near the famous Malecon, guests can enjoy an afternoon of shopping, eating, or dance in one of the most popular spots in La Paz!

The condo complex comes with a beautiful pool, jacuzzi (Not heated), and fitness room that guest will have access to. The condo is gated and guest will have have access to a parking spot.

Please be reminded our lovely city is located in the desert and from June - September water supply restriction/shortage can take place, especially in our neighbourhood. Should such a shortage occur in our building, our accommodating property managers will assist you the best way they can to ensure your comfort, including relocation if necessary.
We are happy to welcome guests in our home year round and we respectfully request you consider that the lack of water is not in our control during this season. We appreciate your patience and understanding of this matter while considering your stay in our much loved home.

De acuerdo a lo estipulado por el Comité Estatal de Seguridad en Salud, a partir del lunes 15 de junio se reabrirán paulatinamente las áreas comunes, de acuerdo a los siguientes lineamientos:


Esto son con el fin de que proteja su salud y la de sus familiares:

· Las áreas comunes solamente podrán ser utilizadas por residentes, no se permiten invitados. No podrá haber reuniones ni fiestas.

· En área de alberca se acomodarán los camastros con 2 metros de distancia, con marcas de distanciamiento en el piso. Se les pide no moverlos.

· Se debe usar cubre boca mientras estén en áreas comunes.

· dentro del la alberca, por salud se recomienda mantener una distancia de 2 metros con otras personas.

· No se permiten alimentos en el área de alberca.

· Las bebidas sólo son permitidas en envases plásticos y al terminar con éstos, los deberán de desechar en los basureros localizados en los estacionamientos.

· En área del asador, solo podrán estar los residentes de un condominio a la vez.

· De acuerdo a lo dispuesto por el Comité Estatal de Seguridad en Salud; el gimnasio y la terraza bar superior permanecen cerrados por ahora.

· A los condominios que están en renta vacacional, solo podrán ingresar las personas que los rentaron. no se permiten familiares o visitas.

In accordance with the stipulations of the State Health Safety Committee, starting Monday, June 15, the common areas will be reopened gradually, according to the following guidelines:

These are to protect your health and that of your family:

• The common areas can only be used by residents, guests are not allowed. There may be no meetings or parties

• In the pool area the lounge chairs will be accommodated 2 meters apart, with distance marks on the floor. you are asked not to move them.

• Mouth covers should be worn while in common areas.

• inside the pool, for health it is recommended to keep a distance of 2 meters with other people.

• Food is not allowed in the pool area.

• Drinks are only allowed in plastic containers and when finished, these must be disposed of in the garbage cans located in the parking lots.

• In the barbecue area, only the residents of one condominium may be at a time.

• In accordance with the provisions of the State Health Safety Committee; the gym and upper terrace bar remain closed for now.

• Condos that are for vacation rental, can only enter the people who rented them. family or visitors are not allowed.

Se sanitiza con sales de amonio de quinta generación todas aquellas partes que tienen mayor contacto como son el refrigerador, la cafetera, los grifos, las llaves que se dejan en las unidades y las jaladeras de los cajones y los pica portes
Estamos enviando a nuestro personal de limpieza con equipo de protección adicional para la limpieza de las unidades.
También le aconsejamos como invitado que mejore sus precauciones cuando esté en la unidad.
Le recomendamos que use gel antibacteriano con más frecuencia y que no manipule directamente la ropa. También queremos proteger a nuestro personal de limpieza.
Al hacer el check out, deje toda la ropa, ropa de cama y sábanas dentro de la lavadora, en caso de que no tenga un sistema de limpieza, le proporcionaremos una bolsa de plástico para que pueda contener su ropa.

Al hacer todo el proceso de sanitización nos encargamos y aseguramos que en nuestras unidades no sean un foco de infección para nuestros huéspedes, se revisan y se supervisan con las medidas necesarias.
