A beautiful 2 bedroom home in downtown Ithaca. Our house is perfectly located within walking distance to the Commons, a four-block pedestrian shopping area with over 100 unique shops, restaurants, street vendors & street entertainers. Coming to visit Cornell University or Ithaca College? Both are only a 7 minute drive away, or catch the bus from a stop right at the corner.

The space
Enjoy our blazingly fast WiFi, or enjoy Netflix on our 55" 4k TV. In our kitchen you'll find ample cookware, as well as a Bonavita coffeemaker and Nespresso machine for all of your caffeine needs. Also make sure to enjoy our reading room, and two charming, air conditioned bedrooms upstairs. In nice weather, relax, eat or just sip a cup of coffee or tea on the back patio.

Note that there's a small in-law unit connected to the house, which I rent out separately.
