This property has been a dream come true for us, and we are delighted to share it with you. This property is large enough for two families to share, and because this is our home away from home, the kitchen is stocked with flour, sugar and the like

The City of San Marcos requires us to collect the Hotel Occupancy Tax. Please note that the offer sent AFTER requesting to book will reflect a 9% tax. Also please note that the house next door has burned down and is an eyesore, please see photos.

The space
The house interior has loads of natural light in this small but open 2 bdrm 2 bath floor plan. We have a large back patio and great backyard for entertaining. An open concept dining room with extendable dinner table can be quickly configured to suit. High speed internet and smart tv for your business and entertainment needs are available and reliable. The kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, a drip type and French press coffee maker, toaster, blender and food processor; to handle all your cooking needs. There is also a gas grill on the patio.

There are steps up and down throughout the house, to get to different rooms.

5 area rivers are within a day trip from the house. We are on the bank of Blanco river approximately 2 miles upstream from the confluence with the San Marcos river. The Comal and Guadalupe rivers are about a 20-minute drive and Town lake in Austin on the Colorado River is only 45 minutes away.
