Welcome to beautiful Holland, MI! Our adorably updated apartment is conveniently situated just minutes from downtown Holland, and with easy access to the highway, several other hot spots are just a quick drive away. Ideal for 2 guests but capable of sleeping 4 (5 if needing a pack and play), this is the perfect place for couples, telecommuters, Hope College visitors, or small families looking to relax in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from all that Holland has to offer.

The space
Enjoy your own comfortable, detached one-bedroom garage apartment with private key code entry. Your cozy bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed and brand-new, high-quality memory foam mattress and includes a full closet with a small organizer and hangers. The living space offers a beautifully decorated living room, with seating that includes a full-size pullout sofa, a love seat, and a 42” smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime (cable TV not available), as well as a few books and games. The open layout extends into a dining area with a table for four, and a bright, recently renovated full kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all your necessary dining and cookware, and has an oven, range, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster, so if you don't want to eat at one of the many excellent restaurants in the area or grab takeout to bring to the beach, feel free to make a meal here - we've got you covered!

NOTE FOR SUMMER MONTHS: While the apartment does not have central A/C, there are window units in the bedroom and kitchen, and we provide a box fan to help cool the rest of the space.

If you’re looking to get outdoors, beautiful Paw Paw Park and the Macatawa River kayak launch are just a few hundred yards from your doorstep. With downtown Holland seven minutes away, four beaches within 20 minutes, and the multitude of other activities this beautiful community offers, you’ll find plenty to explore! We live on-site and are just steps away, should you have any questions or concerns.
