Come and stay in our gorgeous family home in Butel Park, Arrowtown...which was my Grandad's hay paddock! You can soak in the outdoor hot tub, watch a movie in your own private theatre, play some tennis, walk to Millbrook Resort or walk to Arrowtown to sample the array of fantastic eateries on offer. You might like to use this as a base for some skiing, or maybe to hit the lake for some summer fun. Whatever brings you to Arrowtown, you'll love exploring the region from our stunning home!

The space
We have just completed a major renovation of our family home and we'd love to share this with you at certain times of the year. The main house has 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 6 and there is also a completely separate self contained unit on the property that can sleep another couple. We have a home theatre, hot tub, outside shower, indoor / outdoor sound system, home office with iMac, 2 indoor fires & 2 outdoor fires, a heatpump & gas heating system (you won't be cold!), lush private native gardens, 3.5 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 laundries, an indoor drying room, access to a tennis court, gym and indoor lap pool, cricket net (in summer) & trampoline. Luxury fitout with multi zones both inside and out - you'll love our home to relax, recharge and enjoy all this stunning area has to offer.

Our home is situated in the tranquil, family friendly Butel Park development, opposite the entrance to Millbrook Resort and less than a 10 minute walk into the main street of Arrowtown. Our home borders a reserve, and has direct access to the communal recreational facilities available exclusively for Butel Park residents - a tennis court, gym & swimming pool.

I'm a 4th generation Arrowtowner - there aren't too many of us here! In fact there were only 9 kids in my class at Arrowtown Primary School around 30 years ago - today my children have about 50 kids in each of their year groups! The town is a vibrant place to live these days and we love to host people here in our first home, 'Number 10' and now in our newly rebuilt home in Butel Park (which was my Grandad's hay paddock) when we head away. As a family we also love to travel - both around NZ and overseas. We hope to welcome many of you to our little piece of paradise in Arrowtown and hope to discover many other wonderful parts of the world when we head away.
