Quaint, remodeled unit features hard wood flooring, walk in closet, upgraded appliances, private laundry. Surrounded by palm trees in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located in Hollywood, close to night life & the city but will feel tucked away in the hills. Lots of natural light, large windows open to the patio. The kitchen is small but stocked. Time to relax!

The space
This is a beautiful house, that has been restored with new Saltillo tile landing and hard floors. It is quiet, it is full of light, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping that you see trees out all your windows. Lots of privacy, very cozy and a great patio to relax in and enjoy the Southern California air.
