Comfortable and spacious beach home in a great location Our house is walking distance from the seafront, beach and some shops. It is situated on a double stand with lots of space for children to play. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Two minutes walk from the seafront where you can walk to your heart's desire amongst the fynbos and rocks.

In winter, there is a cozy fireplace where you can savour the red wine you bought at nearby wine farms and the whales frolic in the ocean.

The space
The house four bedrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite. There is second full bathroom and also an extra toilet. The fourth bedroom is outside. There is a hot outside shower that is great to use when you come from the beach.

The living area and kitchen is spacious and there is a braai area (barbecue) outside under a beautiful tree.

Other things to note
There is a SmartTV connected to a Netflix account and other streaming possibilities.

Kleinmond is nestled between the ocean and the mountain. It has a beautiful beach, the Palmiet river and is part of the Kogelberg Biosphere. There are great walking and hiking possibilities all round. It is also close to Hermanus (known for whale watching in winter) and there a numerous wine farms in the area. The harbour area has lovely restaurants and small shops to browse in. It is a great for nature lovers, beach goers, people seeking calm and tranquility and families.
