The Nice 2 rooms 48m2 flat is located on the top floor (4th without elevator) of a bicentennial building located in the heart of the Old Town. It's only 2 minutes walking distance to the beach and less then 1 minunte from Rosseti's squar, the perfect place to feel the unique and typical atmosphere of Nice.
The space
The renovated apartment consists of:
A living room with a flat-screen TV, wireless internet access (Netflix available), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.)
A separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and its bathroom.
Sheets and towels are provided.
For your information: The building is 200 years old, which means no elevator as 98% of buildings in the old town.

The flat will be fully dedicated to you during your stay.
Other things to note
Check-in time is to be set between 3pm and 9pm at least 24hrs previous arrival. Late check-in (upon availability) will be charged 25€ extra (from 9pm to 12pm). We ask our guests to clean all kitchen utensils and plates used during their stay, if not we will apply a 30€ charge on the deposit. The flat is strictly non smoking any transgression to this rule shall be charged 150€ for cleaning and deodorisation fees.
