The house is build in 1905. It is a german build house and is situated in a very calm and strategical place. You can reach most of the common things just by foot and if you have a car it makes things very easy to get to.
If you have an infants it is very easy to enter the apartment because it is in the 1st floor and has no stairs. There is a private parking space

The atmosphere of the neighborhood is very calm. You can go for a walk and see the architecture of Klaipeda center and reach the oldtown by only 10minutes walk. Next to the apartment there is a Lithuanian Maritime Academy and also the Lithuanian Navy logistic center, so you can many people with beautiful uniforms.
