Easily one of the more interesting apartments to let in the City centre, at the heart of what's happening with most attractions / venues etc within walking distance, easy access to other areas via bus.

This is a spacious architect-designed, refurbished and tastefully furnished former warehouse unit. Regularly featured in Edinburgh Doors Open Day/Open House. NB: Cleaning fee covers laundry and basics ONLY i.e. guests are expected to leave the apartment at a minimum as found in terms of general cleanliness i.e. clean up as you go!

Includes all bills including landlords items and 'fair use' internet access.

Refundable damage deposit of £200 on booking, booker photo ID to be submitted on request.

Close to plenty of brilliant local amenities including Athur's Seat and the Meadows plus the University quarter, Queen's Hall, Festival Theatre, Surgeons Hall and National Museum of Scotland are all within a 5 minutes walk. Royal Mile 0.4m(645m), Princes Street 0.7m(1125m), Chemist and opticians directly across on main street.

Parking options: Meter parking nearby 8.30am-6.30pm Mon-Sat (max 4hrs), free directly adjoining apartment outside those times (single yellow line). NB don't park in meter bays on main street (Nicolson or Buccleuch) at all between 7.30 & 9.30am or 4.30 & 6.00pm, you'll get towed! You can also park for free outwith the zone (10-15min walk back after bag drop) in Marchhall Place , EH16 5HW (and beyond) though spaces are few or long stay nearby at NCP St. John's Hill.

Buses to pretty well all areas from stop around the corner on main street / St. Patrick Sq.

The whole upper level of my duplex located on the first floor and utility landing on the ground floor.

Other things to note
The apartment is in the City centre so being at the focus of activity it can be noisy in the Street to the front face. I advise not to sleep with the bedroom windows open. If you are a light sleeper I suggest ear-plugs or a nightcap.
