There are a couple of quirks so please read to the bottom of the description.

The space
The cottage is self contained next to our house. It has an open plan living space with kitchenette, wood burning stove and TV with chromecast and DVD player.
There is a well equipped kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hot plates and oven/grill. No washing machine available at present due to COVID (as this is located within our own house).

**There is no sink in the kitchenette but a basin and drying rack is provided and the sink in the bathroom is drinking water. **

The main bedroom has a queen bed.

**The 2nd room is a small bunk room more suited to children (there is no window). **

Cot/high chair/toys/games/books/DVDs available for your use.
Unlimited WiFi

Tea/coffee/milk/butter/condiments provided
Some firewood provided in winter months.

I am happy to make up a mattress on the floor for a 5th person if it is needed, although a bit of a squash-just send me a message to request.

We are set down a long drive away from the road in a quiet residential area close to all Timaru's amenities.
Caroline Bay beach and park is just a 10min walk and you pass the swimming pool/gym complex on the way!
The main town centre with cafes, restaurants and shops is about 15 minutes walk Via Caroline Bay or a very short drive.
Pak n Save supermarket and a pharmacy just around the corner too.
Timaru Hospital is less than 10 minutes drive.

I am kept busy working part time and running around after a husband and 3 kids but if I'm not at home I can be easily contacted by mobile. I'm happy to chat to you about the area, suggest cafes, parks etc.
