The space
This is a small basement apartment of a traditional home. It is completely self-contained with separate entrance. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, own private washroom, and a spacious bedroom.

The bedroom has a queen size bed plus a sofa bed that sleeps one big guy comfortably.

No TV in the unit

Guest access
Fully stocked kitchen, with a 4 burner gas stove, large modern oven, microwave, cutlery and flatware provided

Bedrooms: Queen size bed, Large wardrobe closet, new desk, and chair.
Sofa Bed

Shampoo, body wash, bath towels and toothpaste included in the washroom.

Other things to note
This is a basement unit, if you are over 6'2, you might feel confined.
As we do have people living upstairs, some light noise from people walking around should be expected. Also, we are located close to the subway station. Although it is convenient, you can hear the occasional humming when subway passes through.

If you can make someone special, that is immense; that can hardly be explained. Nothing gives you joy like making someone happy. That is, I think, the reason which motivates me to be a host. Being a host, it's not a very casual decision, being a host is a responsibility. Canada is a very multicultural country. My objective is, if someone comes here they should be connected to the place in the right way. Me, as a host, I think is kind of connecting these different dots together, a kind of narrator. Someone told me, a guest,"I may have a lot of things, but actually the high point of my stay was how you made me feel" we have a thousand years old scripture:"有朋自远方来,不亦乐乎(How happy we are, to have friends from afar! )" My guests trust me and I trust them. And that's the reason it works. So, hospitality, if you ask me, is about taking care, it's about welcoming, it's about welcoming with open heart. My name is Frank Liu, and I'm an international student, and I am an Airbnb host.
