The space
Fully furnished 1 bedroom flat above our garage in Central Wagga Wagga. Freshly painted, new carpets & floor coverings, new shower facilities. Quiet street, no road noise. 3 blocks to the main street, 2 blocks to the Hospital, air-conditioned, TV (Netflix enabled) & DVD, share our back yard, BBQ and vegie patch. We have some chooks, 2 labradoodles and a worm farm! On street parking.

On arrival: Fresh flowers, bread, milk, butter, bacon and eggs (our own if the girls are laying!).

The usual condiments are on hand and various other staples are supplied and vary from time to time.

Gas heating in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

All set up for the student visiting Wagga Wagga for a Residential School, with generous weekly (35%) and monthly (45%) discounts.

During your stay

Our family resides in the main house and we are mostly available to assist you with any local information. We have lived in Wagga Wagga for 20+ years and whilst not considered locals, we probably understand the locale better than those who were borne here!

We are happy to show you the sights, drive you around, show you the best coffee in town (Trail St Cafe), advise on the best places to eat, find some kangaroos, talk food, agriculture and hospitality, take you mountain biking or a for a gentle ride along the levee bank beside the Murrumbidgee River. If you wish to converse, that's fine, interact. If not, that's ok, we will leave you alone.
