A very lovely, very clean private room, own bathroom w/shower, next to laundry, skylights, own entrance with lite kitchen (microwave, mini-fridg, toaster, coffee maker) bamboo flooring, heat pump for winter heating and summer A/C.

The space
My family and friends call this their best-ever sleeping space! It's a clean, calm and cozy environment. Lots of towels, toiletries, extra sheets, coffee, teas, snacks and first morning breakfast usually consisting of fresh fruit bowl, bagels & cream cheese & OJ, coffee and teas. Guests have found having that their own entrance and private bathroom an added bonus for complete privacy. (Please note that this space is approx. 190sf . For some folks it is just fine, and for others it might not suit their needs.)

I've lived in this neighborhood for over 30 years and continue to love Eugene's oldest section of town with the all 1920 homes, and the local flavors. It's a nice walk to downtown along large trees, great for biking, easy access to bus and to UO.
