Home is located walking distance to sunrises on the ocean boardwalk and natural sunset walks on trails along the Cape Fear river. Walk or bike to beaches, local farmers market on lake, watch fireworks in the summer, visit aquarium, and catch ferry to Southport or even Bald Head Island. Basque in the sun and take a nap or even read a book and cool off in salt water pool!

The space
This home is unique due to the bike/walk path that takes one to beach, river, grocery store and many restaurants. It's a quiet and serene spot that has a tropical feel and spa like sensation to rest and relax. Yoga is offered in biking distance and studio. Natural trails all through out state park next to property.

Guest access
The entire pool guest home is private. The saltwater pool is shared. Bikes and bike rack available.

Other things to note
THE SPACE IS DESIGNED for 1-2 GUESTS MAXIMUM. I appreciate no last minute surprises of more than 2 in your reservation as it is not appreciated nor mindful of my guidelines. Please be sure to have reservation match with exact number in reservation. The home is for the guests on reservation only please. It is appreciated to provide estimated ETA, names in party, make/model of vehicle. My home is detached and on property. For safety and optimal experience, I like to have this information for communication and clarity. I thank you in advance for your cooperation.
