The Colony was a great place to stay. Spacious and filled with lots of unique antiques. Close to public transit, which made it easy to get to all the different districts of Portland.

Great location. Fairly spacious. Clean. Good prompt response to inquiries. The wifi from the rooms is not great (which we informed the owner about) - so if you are doing something bandwidth heavy (I had work video conf calls), make sure they have or can address this.

Very cool space with room for kids. Take a walk in the neighborhoods to the north and east for a lovely taste of Portland's well kept gardens and homes. Very quiet in the evenings, grocery store near by, and the most responsive host you could ever dream of.
