This is our second new apartment in the Dirsi complex in the Ortachala district of Tbilisi, East of the old town. With fantastic views of the mountains and river, it escapes the busy city centre although Old Tbilisi is only 6 km away and easily accessed by taxi (4 GEL/$1.70) or marshrutka/minibus.
The complex is peaceful and safe, set in very pleasant landscaped grounds by the Mtkvari river with many sports and recreation facilities for adults and children. These include basketball and football pitches, imaginative playgrounds, cycle paths, walking boulevards, exercise equipment, bars and shops. On site security is 24/7. Free car park, Supermarket 24/7 with ATMs.
The flat is newly equipped to a very high standard and thoughtfully decorated. Includes Washing machine, Hob and oven, fridge, Smart LG TV, and internet. Clean, cosy and comfy place with balcony immediately overlooking a play area as well as views of the river and hills. Perfect for those who wants to escape after enjoying the delights of the hustle and bustle of busy Tbilisi city. The Dirsi complex is a pleasant, clean and secure self-contained area on the Mtkvari river with many amenities for adults and children. An easy ride 10 minute ride from the historic old city, it is set in a nice tree lined neighbourhood in East of Tbilisi. Supermarkets (Fresco and Carrefour), Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, church and Isani metro are within walking distance or 5 minutes by cab/bus. East Point Shopping centre is 12 min away.
