The neighborhood is a very quiet, safe, and accessible residential area, away from the noise of the city, but very close to fast foods, malls, sightseeing area just 7-10 mins by car. There are also two mom and pop stores and a laundry mat within walking distance. We are very near Micronesia Mall, Two Lover's Point, Dededo Flea Market, KFC, Winchells, Jamaican Grill, Taco Bell, and many other restaurants and cafes.
