Tastefully renovated fully equipt house and new sleepout. Fully insulated with double glazed windows. Large bathroom, gas hot water and large kitchen/dining/family room opening onto a large deck for alfresco living. Warm and cosy in winter (heatpump), shade in summer with large flat section of lawn, garden and trees. Very close to river within walking distance across the bridge to Turangi shops. Carport attached to house for dry access. Quiet street adjacent to the Tongariro River and park

The space
A great location and a very comfortable well fitted out as new family home to use as a base for trout fishing, walking the Tongariro Crossing or for exploring this fascinating area. Being 30-40 mins away from Taupo to the north and the mountains in the south, there are many activities here all seasons. The house is cosy and warm in winter, and summer is cool with a deck and trees and private flat outdoor space.
