The neighborhood is a private resort, secured and guarded 24/7, have a wonderful landscape, simple and elegant, the population is limited as the buildings are either villas or chalet, not a residential building, so you will find it quiet and relaxing all the times, You can enjoy walking by the beach or on the path around the golf course or even in the streets of the resort that is surrounded with different types of trees and beautiful flowers. the area is rich with natural bird life, you can watch and recognize a variety of Species such as Hoopoe, hawks, stork, crows, pigeons and doves. The area of Al Ain Sokhna is considered an important passage for many migratory birds from Europe, your observation of these species depends on the time of migration.
