Ground level basement studio apartment. Completely separate entrance from main house. Private entrance and parking.
There is an entrance room with a double bed, twin bed and sofa. In a separate living area, there is a queen bed, satellite TV, private bath, desk, table,
microwave, convection oven, and refrigerator Outside there is a large area to use outdoor gas grill, picnic table and fire pit. EV charger
Dogs allowed and must be kept on a leash outside. Please NO CATS. The owner is allergic.

The space
Arden House is located in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. It is just 2 miles off I81.
Some of the attractions close by are Harpers Ferry, Shepherdstown, Charles Town and many other sites in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. The Skyline Drive entrance is only about a 30 minute ride.

I have lived in the Arden area of Inwood for 30 years.
I operated an orchard on the acreage where Arden House is located.
I love to travel and know the importance of a comfortable, clean and quiet location. I also love to travel with my dogs and have experienced difficulty at times finding a location that will allow dogs. Therefore, dogs are welcome at Arden House. I enjoy sitting out and watching the stars while enjoying a campfire. Arden House has a private campfire pit for the guests to enjoy.
