A beautiful Victorian garden flat arranged over two floors, stylishly designed with a stunning spiral staircase as its centre piece. Great kitchen and dining room with a large living room downstairs. Amazing transport links and just a short walk away from the River Thames and Big Ben. The flat has a cool view I think, from the kitchen sink window. Always reminds me of a Dickensian London scene, with old street lamps and beautiful Victorian house.

The space
Enter from the ground floor and straight into the large open plan kitchen and dining room. At the front of the dining room there is a beautiful cast iron spiral staircase, which leads down into the large reception room, and the first of the two double bedrooms, accessed through the rear of the reception room, with its own private shower room.
The second bedroom is a large double positioned at the rear of the property, down a half flight of stairs from the kitchen/dining area. Similar to the master bedroom downstairs, this room benefits from an en-suite complete with W.C, basin and a shower.
The garden, accessed through the second bedroom, is paved throughout with space for garden furniture. The secluded, but spacious nature of garden ensures it is the perfect space for the long summer evenings; ideal for alfresco entertaining.
