This spacious and tropical apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a large open-plan kitchen and living room. There is also a luxurious pool in the lush garden. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the St. Andrews Golf Course in Moka and is only 20 minutes away from Maracas Beach or Port of Spain.

The space
There is a large open-plan kitchen and living space, which is open air but secure. This allows the free flow of breeze and lets guests feel they are fully immersed in the tropical garden. There are also two large breezy bedrooms (can be air-conditioned), each with their own spacious bathroom. Guests have a private entrance and parking space. You are free to swim in the pool in the lush back garden, but have to share the space with myself and the many different species of hummingbirds!

A quiet beautiful neighbourhood nestled in a lush valley in the Northern Range, offering lovely walks and stunning views over the golf course. It is a safe neighbourhood that is 20-minute drive to Port of Spain and conveniently, en route to the North Coast and Maracas Beach. There is a grocery very close by (5 minutes by car).

I live in the house adjoining your apartment, however your space is very much your own. I am happy to chat over some home-brewed coffee or a cocktail but leave this completely up to the discretion of the tenant.
