Enjoy a relaxing time in our spacious, sunny one bedroom apartment overlooking Picton harbour, set high on the hill just under the bush line. Smart TV, Wi-Fi and carport next to the apartment.

Enjoy the peaceful environment, watch the ferries, boats in the harbour and views of the hills and surrounds. Cater for yourself or take a 5-10 minute walk down the hill to lovely cafes, restaurants and good supermarket. Unwind at night in the quiet surroundings overlooking the seaside lights.

The space
Our apartment has a small verandah with relaxing chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet drink at night and enjoy the views. The driveway is steep but safe and with very little traffic. Parking in the carport next to the apartment. Great childrens' play area on the Picton foreshore, biking, grassed areas and a safe beach. There is no outside play area at the apartment, we have hedges not fences so small children would need to be supervised at all times.

Our apartment is our favourite holiday retreat we hope you enjoy this space and the seaside town of Picton, the friendly locals and access to the Marlborough Sounds a unique location. Our neighbours have lived in the area for many years also, we all enjoy the quiet leafy area with the native birds, we are lucky to have great neighbours and we ask you respect the neighbourhood please.
