Area and parking.
The apartments is situation in a quiet pocket where you got one of Aarhus' mainroads, Vestre Ringgade, nearby and the Botanical Garden on the other side, where you can walk to within five minutes. From the Botanical Garden you can walk straight in to The Old City (Den gamle by).
Downtown is 10 min walk.

Parking is possible for 2 hours for free. After that there's a minute fee. At
most times you can use my parking space.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of 4 floors. The sun rises at the eastside where the kitchen and bedroom is placed. The daylight comes in at noon at the opposite side where the balcony, livingroom and airbnb room is placed. The appartment is very sunny most of the day until late evening.

Mainly families live in the building and it happens you hear that they are also living creatures. They should sleep and be quiet at night at the same time as other people.

The nabourhood is in a small area hidden behind one of Aarhus main roads, Ringgaden, but you won't notice it because the nabourhood is hidden between houses and small compounds. The botanical garden is 300 m away from the apartment. Downtown is walking distance. -Free parking at the moment but payment stations are on it's way.
