A great space for friends and family who want to spend a quiet & quality stay, just a 2-minute walk from leafy Sefton Park and the well known cosmopolitan Lark Lane. Close to Penny Lane, the home of The Beatles and only 2 miles from Liverpool's vibrant City Centre.

The space
Before we start, here are 3 THINGS PEOPLE LOVE about this Liverpool 4 Person Apartment:

1 - The LOCATION is simply amazing. We are just 2 miles from the city centre and less than a 2-minute walk from one of the country’s finest Victorian Parks Sefton Park. What’s more, we are a stones throw away from the cosmopolitan area of Lark Lane, meaning that if you're looking for bars or restaurants, you really are spoiled for choice!

2 - Our building has a lot of character. It's a typical Liverpool Victorian building, previously a small hotel until 2004 when it was renovated into 8 stylish apartments.

The apartment is SPACIOUS, and having been fully decorated in July 2018, is clean and fresh. The separate entrance provides real PRIVACY which is rare in many apartment blocks. The space features high speed fibre optic broadband and we have recently installed multi-room cable TV should you wish to relax whilst catching up on your favourite box sets!

3 - The PATIO is awesome since it extends into the garden, allowing you to enjoy the best days of summer outside.

Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting the apartment:

1 - We live in a residential area so NO PARTIES are permitted in our home at any time during your stay.

2 - This property is not located in the City Centre. Therefore, if you are planning to go to the City Centre during your stay you will need to catch a bus, train or take a taxi. We have excellent transport links but if feeling more energetic you could walk to the city centre in around half an hour. When staying here you will benefit from the best of both worlds – you can relax and enjoy the peaceful quiet surroundings of Aigburth and Sefton Park. Yet the lively, vibrant city centre is just a short distance away.

3 - Like any other older buildings, the walls and floors can be thinner than newer constructions and this is something very typical of all homes built in this era in Liverpool. That said, it's not something that ever bothered us as residents and that's why we ask all our guests to respect the neighbours and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building any time during their stay. Also, we expect our Guests to be quiet after 11PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, this place is not for you. But if you intend to behave like a local, you will love your stay!

Originally constructed around 1900, this building was converted into 8 apartments in 2004. The apartment is located on the LOWER GROUND FLOOR and is one of only two units in the block which benefits from its own entrance.

The moment you walk in, you'll be impressed with how spacious, modern and fresh feeling the apartment is. With 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, the apartment features ORIGINAL SASH WINDOWS THROUGHOUT, an EXTRA-LARGE LEATHER CORNER SOFA, MODERN KITCHEN and an AMAZING PRIVATE PATIO, leading to a beautiful shared GARDEN AREA where you can enjoy the best days of summer outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would find in a DELUXE FLAT, such as POTS AND PANS, MICROWAVE OVEN, CAFATIERE, 4-SLICE TOASTER, KETTLE, BASIC COOKING KIT, LARGE FRIDGE FREEZER, WASHING MACHINE and everything else you might need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

The 2 BEDROOMS have DELUXE DOUBLE BEDS with new bed sheets and SUPER COMFY DUVET COVERS. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

The living room is very spacious and has an extra large leather corner sofa. The awesome SAMSUNG 40" HD TV has full internet capabilities with NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, WEB BROWSER, and much more. The place also comes with an ULTRA HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET NETWORK.

The bathroom was recently refurbished and benefits from a separate BATHTUB and SHOWER. You will also be able to use a HAIR DRYER and IRON & BOARD – all located in the cupboard just outside of the bathroom.

The PRIVATE PATIO leading to the main GARDEN is a real bonus. Surrounded by mature trees, it is quiet and very private, featuring a TABLE AND CHAIRS so that you can truly enjoy those long sunny summer days.
