Beautiful little house to stay with family, with heated pool, in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, on the Atlixco aqueduct, better known as Los Arcos! within an open subdivision just 5 min drive from the center m and 10 min from the IMSS Metepec and Axocopan Resort.

The house has all the necessary amenities to enjoy a weekend with family or friends! We are also Pet friendly! If your pet travels with you it's no problem!

The house has all the necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant, on the ground floor: living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, hallway, one bedroom, full bathroom and the upper floor: 3 bedrooms and full bathroom

It has a nice heated pool in the garden, another full bathroom and parking for 2 cars (at night).

Ideal if you come to an event, because it is located just 1.5 km from the former factory La Carolina and very close to most gardens and former farms of events such as Las calandrias, Santo Cristo, San Mateo, La Alfonsina, Las Palmas, Las Palomas, Nexatengo, among others.

It is within an open subdivision, but it is very safe, all services are nearby, public transport passes in front, there is an Oxxo on the corner, grocery stores nearby and you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Arcos aqueduct!

We are pet friendly so if you are used to traveling with your pet no problem!
