This freshly updated and meticulously cleaned sunlit apartment is perfect for a business trip or a vacation getaway! Less than 1 mile from the U of O campus and just a few blocks from downtown, you're in the best location to enjoy all that Eugene has to offer. Occupying the upstairs half of this 1930’s bungalow-turned-duplex, you will enjoy privacy with a separate entrance as well as all the amenities a traditional home offers.

The space
This space is perfect for couples, business travelers, small families, and close friends because the living area and the sleeping area are in the same spacious room. Kinda like an extended stay hotel suite. A comfortable queen size bed accommodates two adults and the futon a third. We also have a pillow-top queen size inflatable mattress that can be set up to accommodate a maximum of five guests. When the inflatable is set up right next to the bed, there is still ample room in the living area to relax. Two closets offer lots of storage.

Brought a little one along on the trip? There's a Pack 'N Play in the closet that you are welcome to use.

Looking to unwind after a long day of outdoor adventure? Your living area is equipped with a flatscreen TV that is set up with an Amazon Firestick. You can select from hundreds of movies, Netflix, and other apps to watch TV shows. Or if you're going old school, bring your DVD's for the Bluray player!

The apartment has a small but well-equipped kitchen that includes a small stove, oven, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Plenty of dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils (check above the fridge!) are available for your use. You'll find other amenities (hair dryer, iron, etc.) in the storage space off the hallway.

Finally, our tiny but efficient bathroom has a shower and an eco-friendly toilet/sink combo. When you flush the toilet, the faucet runs for ~20 seconds for you to wash your hands, while at the same time filling up the tank. Let's save water together!

You will be a short walk from the Safeway grocery store, and just a couple blocks from a number of restaurants in the area. Some of our nearby favorites include Cocina 1960 (authentic Mexican food), Hong Kong (surprisingly good Chinese!), Cafe Yumm (tasty bowls), the Pint Pot (cozy Irish pub), and the Bier Stein (every beer you can imagine AND delicious food). Brail's is right down the street for a top-notch brunch with mimosas and coffee. Head south on foot ~10min along Willamette Ave to find the hip new brewpub Viking Braggot, or north ~15 min and you're Downtown with tons of options for food and drink options.

We are just a block away from the Amazon trail, a great place to stretch your legs or take the kiddos to the playground at Amazon Park. Washington park is 3 blocks straight West, another playground with water fountains, tennis and bball courts, and lots of green grass.
