Since it is at 5th Floor, it means you don't have to wait for too long for the lift.
NOTE : Total floor on this apartment is 38 and I personally don't like high floors.

The view of our balcony is straight to the pool - a very nice view.
You can also see the city view.

FLOOR MATTRESS :
Additional floor mattress is available if you fill "6 guests" when you booking this apartment.
If you fill "4/5 guests", I will not provide the floor mattress ( as I keep the floor mattress at my home, not in the apartment ).
Normally, this unit apartment suitable for 4 persons : 2 persons in the main bed room and another 2 persons in the second bed room.
The 5th person can sleep on the sofa bed.
The 6th person can sleep on the floor mattras.
I will also prepare extra pillow, extra quilt and extra towel for 5th and 6th person.

EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT :
Early check-in and late check-out is available if we do not have any guest before or after your arrival.
However, this is not something we can guarantee because new booking sometimes unpredictable.

PARKING FACILITY :
This apartment has a special parking area using occupant parking card.
We will lend the parking card to our guest at no additional charge.
You just need to tell us abt it so we can give it to you together with the room key / access card.

3 Apartments located at TANGLIN MANSION - Pakuwon Mall.
2 units : located at 5th floor, pool view.
1 unit : located at 1st floor, walk distance to the pool.

1 Apartments located at ROSEBAY - Graha Family.

All of the apartments located at the low level floor, coz I don't like staying at lift for too long ( total floors is 38 ).
