✅A beautifully decorated apartment in a new building which is located right in the heart of Yerevan, near the Republic Square. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around.

✅The apartment is equipped with Air conditioning, WiFi connection, cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen (where you can find microwave, kettle, tea, coffee etc).

The space
The apartment is on the 12th floor (with 2 central and 2 spare elevators at the end of the corridor). The building also has an intercom and security. There are central heating and air conditioning systems.

Number of rooms 2: bedroom and living room, 1 double bed and 1 sofa-bed. There is a full set of bed linen (pillowcases, sheets, blanket covers, etc.) and towels.

The kitchen has all necessary appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, plates, cups, forks, spoons etc.).

In addition, the apartment has very fast Wi-Fi, chairs, tables, iron with ironing Board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, slippers etc.

You can access the entire apartment.
