The former Convent of San Francescu d 'Oletta, Corsica dating back to the 17th century, is a magnificent building lined with virgin vines. This sublime place took your breath away in an idyllic setting surrounded by pristine scrub and the Patrimonio vineyards offers a unique experience ten minutes from the Gulf of St Florent is a private estate. An iconic building that began in the 13th century and ended in the 18th century, it received various rewards for its gardens and restoration work.

The space
Tenants will be able to enjoy this exceptional setting but also a 22-meter swimming pool, the Jardin des Roses, a common kitchen, a library music lounge and the Italian Baroque church for an exceptional aperitif away from the frenzy of summer...
The visit of the church (founded in 1260 and visible parts are from 17II-XVIII) - a private space and is not affiliated with any religious organization or public entity - is made upon request during your stay.

Description Sister STELLA Cellule
With its vaulted volume, and floor tiles, this room really has a lot of character ! It has a nice double bed.
Recently restored its decoration is authentic and original.
It has a vaulted shower room to share also and accessible from the outside through the next door located in the huge corridor of the convent, privatized or shared with the bedroom - Sister Vaninna - if you rent two bedrooms.

P.S. Between July 9-20, due to electricity and light fixtures, the “ guests ” kitchen would only be accessible for breakfast. Thank you for understanding.

The rooms are located on three levels of the convent wing of the convent, restored by the owner in the last decade to host an artist's residence and, on some occasions, group weddings.

We offer individual old monastic from a generous 40-meter-long corridor, connecting the owner's private neighborhoods and the church structure to the opposite end.

The room we offer as part of this rental, includes a private bathroom for your use, accessible in some cases from the generous corridor, and not from the room itself (except for the Laetitia, Simone and Candida rooms, offered via Airbnb under these names). We can offer 4 additional rooms near or next to the room offered as part of this reservation for an extra cost, for a family or friend, as you will be sharing a shared bathroom.

Please note that due to the depth of the convent walls we have decided to limit WiFi access to the music room, accessible to all hosts.
On the ground floor, a large room that used to be the sacristie has been renovated as a breakfast room and adjoins the bread oven and 18th century kitchen, all for the exclusive use of the tenants, with access to the gardens.

Enjoy your stay at this unique historic building and the owner-designed gardens over the past 20 years !
Access to the church and art workshops is allowed by invitation only, due to the fragility of the restoration in progress.
All tenants can be invited to the private rooms on the ground floor to test and buy the scents of the watercraft, produced with local plants of the maquis and the Mediterranean. A percentage of the profits are intended to restore the church.

Contact us to better determine your needs and we will send you a special offer through the Airbnb site if you need a second bedroom for your friends and family by sharing a shower room.

The former Convent of San Francescu in the heart of the Nebbio dating back to the 17th century is a magnificent building lined with virgin vines and jasmine. This beautiful place is breathtaking, so its setting is idyllic.
San Francescu is a green setting surrounded by pristine and original scrub not far from the noble and ancestral vineyards of the Patrimonio. San Francescu is a mystical trip and unique experience located just ten minutes from the Gulf of Saint Florent.
San Francescu is a private domain and image of the Eaudec brand cosmetics and natural scents inspired by Corsica and the Mediterranean owned by the artist-owner and creator of the eponymous brand.(; #waterdecent)
Iconic building of the Genovese period, it was built in the 13th century and ended in the 18th century.
Unactivated and ISMH registration in the '70s.
San Francescu for a long time left to disappear before the artist-owner acquired it in 2000.
Rated by several prices and rewards for its beautiful eco-friendly restaurants and the creation of its original and poetic gardens.
It is still the subject of major restoration work.
A real gem to discover without further delay!
