We will have a staff member to assist guests if they need such assistance. It's worth noting that all staff members knock off for the night at 00:00 every evening, but leave the property secure. A telephone number of the keep night audit personal is always on display incase of any emergency during the night. We give guests their own space so as to make them free and not restricted.
