Nestled at the back of our garage is our cute, cosy and private room with its own bathroom. We provide a small selection of breakfast options for short stays of up to 3 nights.
We are located in central Hamilton. a short walk to the central city and Claudelands Event Centre and located close to Westfield Chartwell and the FMG Rugby stadium. The bus stops at our gate with local shops virtually next door.

The space
Guests can choose privacy out in the room and are very welcome to join us in the house if they wish. Freeview TV and Wifi are available in the room.
Fridge, toaster, jug, tea & coffee are also supplied in the room and a light breakfast is provided for guests for the initial 1-3 nights.

The road can get busy at peak traffic times but the room is right at the back of the section so its very quiet. There is a selection of shops a minutes walk from the house including a small supermarket, pharmacy, liquor shop, bakeries, butcher and a great fruit and vegetable shop.

I am a nurse and I have worked in the neonatal specialty for the past 28 years. I am married to Jim who is also a nurse and between us we have five awesome adult children and four gorgeous grandchildren. We love the beach, travelling, music, movies and spending time with our family and friends.
