Welcome to Cromwell and The Cosy Coudret Flat.

Cromwell is just 40 minutes drive to Wanaka and 45 minutes to Queenstown.

Our flat is attached to our near new family home. Although we are attached the flat has its own private entrance and private court yard.

It has one bedroom with a Queen size bed. The separate living area has a pull out sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen.

The space
Our flat is fully self contained with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Although it can sleep up to four people, it is "cosy", so if you are wanting an abundance of space indoors, this may not be the flat for you. It is heated and cooled by its own heat pump to keep you warm in winter or cool in summer. The courtyard has an outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy some outdoor space surrounded by garden. There is a brand new washer/dryer in the flat for you to use. Plenty of storage and wardrobe space.

We are located in a lovely quiet neighborhood very central to all amenities. 5 minute walk to mall, restaurants and supermarkets. The Lake and Old Cromwell are a little further away but still well within walking distance.
