The space
This 600 square foot, one bedroom apartment is perfect for any stay in the beautiful city of Omaha. The building is secured with key-fob access and boasts an onsite clubhouse with laundromat, community room, and gym equipment. The apartment has a unique floorplan with a galley kitchen, full bedroom, and bathroom connected to a walk-in closet--all completely usable by you! A quaint, connected courtyard protected by a locked gate features outdoor seating and a gas grill.

A majority of Midtown Crossing’s restaurant and retailer partners are Nebraska or Omaha-born businesses, including Wohlner’s Neighborhood Grocery & Deli, The Afternoon, and nationally renowned The Grey Plume, America’s greenest restaurant according to the Green Restaurant Association.

Built around an expanded and revitalized Turner Park, it is directly to the east of Mutual of Omaha’s headquarters and minutes from downtown Omaha, CenturyLink Center Omaha, Eppley Airfield, Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo, Orpheum Theatre, Holland Center, the Old Market and a number of other local attractions.
