Parking:
- The apartment includes a secure garage for one small vehicle (conveniently located behind the apartment - just 3min walk away)
- Note that the garage will only accommodate small vehicles such as hatchbacks, otherwise all other street parking is free in our street and surrounding streets

Guest access
- The entire townhouse is yours to make yourself at home
- Key collection has been made easy, with a lockbox - this allows you to come and go as you please
- Once the booking has been confirmed, details on how to find and operate the lockbox will be sent to you

EARLY CHECK-INS / LATE CHECK-OUTS
- Check-in time is strictly from 3PM and check-out is no later than 10AM. However, if the property does become available before 3PM we will notify you on the day of your arrival.

PARTIES
- We know this beautiful listing looks like it might be a good party destination, but we are under STRICT INSTRUCTIONS from the owner of this property to stop this from occurring.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND
- Please leave your apartment tidy, no shoes inside, no noise after 10pm and don’t throw anything from the balcony. Kindly place things back where you found them. Communicate any issues you have as soon as you become aware of them so we can lend a helping hand.

LINEN

KEYS
- Please remember that if the keys are locked in the apartment at some point of your stay or after check-out, we might need to call a locksmith or have the keys replaced and this will need to be charged to your account.

CHECK OUT
- Please respect the 10AM check-out time, if our housekeepers are not able to do the cleaning on time, we may need to charge you a delayed entry fee. Please do send us a message if you wish to check out late and we will do our best to help you. Kindly place the keys back in the lock box and scramble the code.

Regular ferries travel the short distance and back across to the exciting Darling Harbour and Circular Quay (Harbour Bridge + Opera House), making Birchgrove an ideal vacation area!
In the heart of Balmain you will find many excellent cafes serving delicious coffee, hearty breakfasts, and food options from all over the world. Strolling along famous Darling Street, you will be spoilt for boutique designer shopping and bars too.
