If you are not from England, you might not know, as we did not, that "caravan" in England means a "trailer" or stationary "mobile home"wheels. We had to look that up before reserving to understand. We are tall people, three of us at about 190 cm, and thought we might feel a lit…

On behalf of all my friends who stayed at Ann's caravan, we would like to say a big thankyou for our time there, because, without a doubt, it was spectacular! We loved the fairly spacious living room, and all the amenities that Ann had provided for us - some we wished we used ear…

Amazing views and sunset. Our children had a wonderful first stay in a caravan. The caravan is dated and we had family staying in a much more modern and heated version, but they didn’t have a balcony or the fantastic view. The site itself is nice and family friendly, but we wer…

Hi Charlotte, Glad you enjoyed yourselves and loved the decking and the views. Not sure why the laundry wasn't available when you were there. It was when we went down after you had gone . When we were there before you arrived somebody said they had had problems with water during half term and had had to restrict the bar menu to toasties. We'd gone down to watch the Liverpool match and a Little Mix tribute band and the bar was open with no food so we had to order in some Pizzas later (which were pretty nasty!) Hopefully all fixed now.

Response from Ann:
Glad you liked the views and walks. I always tell people in the email giving directions that caravans are colder than houses and to take plenty of layers even when it is sunny! The caravan is 13 years old and we will have to replace it next year as park doesn't allow caravans over 15 years old, so our next model will have more insulation and central heating but that will then have to be reflected in the prices charged. We havent wanted to change yet as we're trying to use it for as long as possible and avoid being wasteful as there is not much take up of old caravans and it could end up in landfill! I will put something in the description advising people to put heaters on though! Thanks for feedback
