Our unit is modern and spacious and is separate from our house . There is everything you need to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We are situated West Timaru on a small lifestyle block surrounded by established trees and a pond. Gleniti 18 hole golf course just across the road. Very private property. Short drive to bars, cafes and restaurants central Timaru.
There is a huge area for large or towing vehicles to turn around and park.

The space
Our unit is a studio unit separate from the house. Main room has a super king bed (very comfortable), heat pump, flat screen TV with freeview, 2 seater couch, super king bed. The kitchenette is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric jug, toaster, microwave rice cooker, sandwich press and microwave. Tea. coffee and milk provided. No oven or cook top available. Separate bathroom and toilet and a small deck area to sit outside to enjoy a quiet drink. We have a workspace to allow you to use your laptop. The small foyer between the main room and bathroom is where you enter the unit. In the bathroom there is a heated towel rail, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, heater, shower vanity and mirror. In a separate room off the bathroom is the toilet. When you arrive you can access the lock box key and check yourself in anytime after 3pm.
