This house is in a very quite part of town about 1km from the town centre (20 minutes walk). The bedroom also has its own ensuite and the sole use of the formal dining/lounge area with TV and private entrances.
There is also shared undercover parking in the garage leading directly into the house.
You have your own fridge and microwave in the dining area and tea/coffee making facilities with basics provided.
The shared kitchen is also available by prior arrangement for 2+ nights.

The space
You may share the outdoor eating area with owner and her friends who are occasionally staying.
NON SMOKING IN HOUSE AND OUTSIDE EATING AREAS
There are 4 timid rescue cats in the house but they won't go into your private suite area if the door is kept shut.
You may see them in the shared areas but they are timid and will keep out of your way. The cats are locked in the house after their dinner until sunrise so if you use an external door in the kitchen area please do not let them outside.
If you are highly allergic to cats this probably isn't the place to stay as the odd cat hair does manage to get into your lounge suite area due to the dividing door being opened for access to the front door for deliveries and visitors etc. I have had 2 people who are allergic to cats stay without any problems.

During your stay

I live in the house and while your own area is private I am available if needed. If you want to use the outdoor areas this may need to be shared with me.
Kitchen is available for stays of 2 or more nights by prior arrangement.
There are 4 rescue cats in the shared part of the house but as they are timid you probably wont see them.
They do not have access to your suite but some hair may float through in the breeze occasionally.
Sorry I cannot accept bookings with pets.
