The room is located in Glendale, WI near Whitefish Bay, WI. It is close to I43 and easy access to HY 90/94. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is not far from a lot of restaurants and few minutes driving or walking distance to Bay Shore Mall. Please consider the followings before booking: no pet, no smoking, no drug and no alcohol on property. Guests have access to only a microwave and a small refrigerator. TV is not included in rental. Laundromat nearby. Read all my notes.

The space
I am renting a private room and a private bathroom but not a whole house. I put a screen panel to make sure guests know their boundary and do not enter to my side. Screen panel is not part of the rental. It is my furniture. It is a bonus to the guests and provide guests with more privacy. Because of the screen panel, you will not have close contact with any one during your stay.

For security purpose, no unexpected guests allowed. The room has a comfortable king size bed, office chair, table, lamp and night stand. There will not be another guests staying in my house at the same time.

If I am home, I am in a separate areas and a separate entrance and I use another bathroom.
