Dakota Belle Chalet is located in a quaint neighborhood in Niobrara. The home has an upstairs area as well as a finished basement. The basement is available also available for rent. Please message me for prices.

The space
Our home is great for hunters & families needing space and full functionality of a home while exploring the local area. Our house can accommodate 6-7 guests comfortably. We have 3 bedrooms with new beds (king, queen, & twin over full bunk bed). All bedrooms sleep two people comfortably. We also have a oversized couch that can sleep one person as well. Cooking for a large group is easy in the full kitchen with seating up to 10 people. Don't worry about not having any good pots and pans for cooking gumbo or making crockpot chili we have you covered. New pots and pans and a crockpot available made for cooking for friends and families. We have an attached mud room and access to the garage allows everyone to hangout in a heated area in any muddy gear while catching up at the end of the day. The house is in a prime location located within easy walking distance of restaurants & a grocery store in downtown Niobrara.

The newly finished basement has a Queen size bedroom, a full bathroom and a very large living room big enough to play corn hole in! The living room has an oversized couch that can easily sleep a grown adult. Spray foamed/insulated ceiling ensures that noise from upstairs is extremely minimized, so do not worry about being kept up if someone is using the upstairs area. There is separate access to the outside of the house directly to the basement, so there is no intermingling with guest from upstairs and downstairs.

The driveway can easily fit 4 vehicles.

Hello. My name is Donna Rae and my husband’s name is Brandon. I am a U.S. Air Force veteran nurse and my husband is still serving in USAF. We love to travel and have traveled around the world staying at some fantastic AirBnB’s. We both love to hunt as well and with that said I thought it would be a great idea to set up our own AirBnB for travelers, families, and adventurous people such as ourselves. We have great plans for our AirBnB and strive to provide a comfortable and convenient atmosphere for our future guests. We have 2 adult children, both married and with their own families blessing us with 5 beautiful grand children. We love dogs and have 2 spoiled small dogs ourselves.
