Greatly located spacious 1400 square foot downtown house, has beautiful wood floors, 3 bedrooms, 1 w/a king suite, 1 bath, fireplace, laundry room, covered porch, fenced in yard for pets, 2 smart Tv’s, & high speed internet. Built in 1924 & updated w/vintage details & modern decor. Offering quick access to the best local locations. Downtown is 1 mile, I-40 is half a mile, city park is 1 block, 2 miles is the famous Route 66/6th street.

The house sits on the corner lot across from a big lit church parking and catty-cornered to a registered historical “Father of Amarillo” home. It’s In the historical part of Amarillo downtown where revitalization happens from time to time. Downtown is 1.2 miles, with shopping, entertainment, 33 restaurants, most being dog friendly, and a coffee shop. As well as, Hodgetown Ballpark, home of the Sod Poodles. Elm park is one block away. This park has running trails, fenced in dog park, play ground, 4 volleyball courts, and 3 sand volleyball courts. I-40 is half a mile. 2 miles is the famous Route 66/6th street. There’s art galleries, antiques, restaurants, and bars in historic buildings.
