We have a split level house with three bedrooms. Out the back is a sleepout with a toilet.
We have a saltwater pool.
The property is an 8 minute drive from Nelson. You really need a car to stay here. The rural location is quiet and peaceful with plenty of space for a family.
There is plenty of space in the garden to relax or chill by the pool.
We also have a cat (mouse). By renting this property you agree to look after him and put out food that we provide. Thanks

At the bottom of the road, there is a takeaway - great fish.
There's a small coffee cart at the bottom of the road which does great coffee.
Also, at the bottom of Dodson Valley Road is a cool park and pump track
Search for Titoki reserve. It's about ten minutes walk from our house and a beautiful, relatively easy track.
