Our property is located in an older neighborhood that’s being restored. We’re less than 2 miles from downtown (the Alamo, Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, La Villita, Hemisphere Plaza and park, River Center Mall). It takes about 6-7 minutes by car, 13 minutes by bus, or 35 minutes by foot.
We’re within walking distance to the river walk extension (hike & bike trail), Freetail Brewing Company and Blue Star brewing, and Roosevelt Park that has facilities such as public swimming pool (open only in summer months), basketball courts, barbecue pits, club house, etc.
River walk mission trail is a few blocks away. Take the hike & bike trail along the San Antonio river that connects all five historic missions: the Alamo, Mission Concepción, Mission San Jose, Mission San Juan, and Mission Espada
- Blue Star arts complex is 1.3 miles.
- AT&T Center is 4.5 miles.
- San Antonio International Airport is 10 miles.

I work from home and love to travel. Love meeting new people and experience different cultures, and FOOD. I love cats and dogs. Love SALSA music. Love road trips and camping and arts and craft shows.
During your stay
We live in the main house on the property. We do our own upkeeps and maintenance around the property. You’ll more likely see us doing chores, playing with our dogs out in the yard, or just hanging out around the property. Other than saying ‘hello’ and ‘how are you doing’, we’ll pretty much leave you alone. We do love to interact with our guests but your privacy is important. We’re accessible most of the time unless we’re out running errands. We want to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as we possibly can, so any problems or concerns need to be addressed right away. The best way for contact is by texts at the number provided.
