The center cape dates to 1860, purchased by great grandparents in 1899. "Aldermere" derives from the shore stand of Alder trees and the french word for sea - "la mer”.

Renovated to a very high standard in 2008 to 5 bedrooms, with breezeway to garage & full apartment over. Climate by geo-exchange with wind turbine. 3 acres of lawn give tremendous sense of space and views over the bay are grand. Surrounded by Aldermere Farm. Outdoor shower. 1895 Baldwin.
