This modern open layout with fully opening bi fold doors will allow you to fully take in paradise but with the comforts of home.Our villa sits on top of the mountain with private gated access only. Our property care takers live on the property to ensure our guests receive the best service, security and are available if needed at anytime.

I enjoy watching people fall in love with Mal Pais, the locals, the food and the laid-back lifestyle. Funny how our guests are often tempted to extend their vacation, while some in fact do.

My name is Adi and I've lived for over 25 years in Costa Rica. My family and some of my most amazing friends live just around the corner.

If this is a surf trip or someone in your group is a surfer you're in for a pleasant surprise. This is one of the most consistent stretches of coastline along the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The variety of sandbars and reefs makes Mal Pais and Santa Teresa a surfers paradise. Same goes for those who enjoy the outdoors and adventure tours this place is simply magical.
