Charming 2nd story one Bedroom rental home delights in the history of St Pete being the first commercial scheduled airline flight in 1929! This home is located just blocks from downtown. It is a remodeled 1910 home! (yes one of the first homes in St Pete!) It comes equipped with a full kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and stove. There is a queen bed in the bedroom. The living room has a couch that pulls out bed. Newly renovated step in shower with tile floors. Central AC, SmartTV in Bedroom and living room, Fast Wi-Fi, and parking on property! Crescent Lake Park is only 2 blocks away; there is a 1.5-mile walking trail, playground, and tennis courts. Pets OK if pet policy is followed. The entire rental is on the 2nd floor of the home and shares only the parking area and laundry facilities

Thanks for looking at the St Pete Vacation Rental homes AVIATOR home! It is a completely new clean & redone and charming rental with a step in shower bathroom. The “Aviator” home called as such with 23 windows sits on the second floor of a two-story house the entire second story is your rental. Rental has tile throughout, modern furnishings and lots of charm. Central AC in the home and heat if needed.
You have a charcoal Weber grill on the cozy Upstairs patio area for your use perfect just for a grill and to let the sunshine and fresh air In! Tile floor throughout with Lots of light windows and glass and tile finishes. Thoroughly cleaned & disinfected prior to guest arrival. Sanitizer & contact-less check in provided.

You have one entry into your house from a stairway that leads up to the home. Entrance at the back side of the main home.

The kitchen area has a sink, microwave dishwasher, a plug-In stovetop as well as dishes and silverware and freezer. It is an awesome location and a great place to stay. I do have curtains on the windows and doors so you have privacy. You have off street parking, fresh towels, linens, and you will be next door to a French restaurant, a Thai/sushi restaurant an Ice Cream store and be walking distance from a pharmacy and grocery store.
Trader Joe’s, fresh market, Publix, save a lot all close by for groceries.

PET POLICY-what type of pet do you have? Please send a picute with her/his name. Must be approved in advance
-Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. You must have a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of travel- either take a picture and email that to me or send it to me in the mail- It has to note that pet is on a flea treatment/heart worm program. I will need a copy of your pet's health certificate for my files 3 weeks prior to your arrival. You are responsible for picking up after your animal. There is an additional cleaning fee of $35 required for pet owners

NEIGHBORHOOD: Crescent Lake Neighborhood of Downtown St Pete:- encompasses 180-acres one mile north of downtown St. Petersburg, The central feature of the neighborhood is Crescent Lake Park, a 52.5-acre public park that has a 20.7-acre natural lake, Crescent Lake. one of the traditional neighborhoods of St. Petersburg with wide sweeping porch houses, home that are toward the front of the lot, sidewalks and small businesses.
The crescent lake neighborhood of downtown st Pete is a beautiful mix of quaint brightly colored craftsman cottages and new contemporary dwellings . Today, its galleries, restaurants draw Floridians and visitors from all over the world. Safe, clean, very cute 1920's artists town has a modern yet historic twist.Safe, secure and laid back. Its an old beautiful town with a lot of class.

Greetings! I love welcoming people to my hometown Pass-A-Grille (st Pete Beach) and downtown St Petersburg! I enjoy meeting and hosting people from all over. I try to be as responsive as possible if you need ideas or have questions when visiting! My two properties are called Pagbeachhouse and stpete (Hidden by Airbnb) I manage them on multiple booking sites and direct. I love to help create a wonderful stay for someone while working (or vacationing) in the area! I am a mom to a pretty amazing teenager and for fun we love to travel, see new sights, and exercise. I have completed 8 Ironman races. We have one dog (a black miniature poodle, Charlie) and two kitties (tiger and Percy) and we try to live simply by enjoying all the wonderful activities in our area.
